Practice Manager
Emma is a Santa Cruz Local, also a graduate of Westlake Elementary, Mission Hill Middle, and Santa Cruz High Schools. After high school, Emma spent 6 years in Washington attending Whitman College and then working in elementary education. Graduate school brought Emma back to Santa Cruz, where she got her Master’s in Education and spent 5 years teaching. It was through the journey of teaching where she honed her skills in project management, organization, and employee education. She is thrilled to be joining the Sea Glass team as office manager, recruitment coordinator, and part of the onboarding team. When she is not working at Sea Glass, Emma loves trail running, rock climbing, and reading.
Alexis
Orthodontic Assistant
Hi there! My name is Alexis but everyone calls me Lexi! I am a Registered dental assistant at Sea Glass Orthodontics. I love working with patients and getting the opportunity to assist in creating my patients’ dream smiles! Aside from work I am a full time mom of 2, so I have an understanding of how important it is to have patience when working on kids and adults. I cant wait to get to know all of my patients and their families in the community and am looking forward to meeting you all.

Orthodontic Assistant
Hi! My name is Stephanie. I am a dental assistant at Sea Glass Orthodontics. I was born and raised in Santa Cruz. I graduated from Harbor High School and soon after I graduated from the Santa Cruz County of Education for dental assisting. In my free time I love going on walks down to the harbor with my friends and family. I am very excited to get to know all of my patients and their families and I’m looking forward to seeing all of your beautiful smiles!

Treatment Coordinator
Hi! My name is Anna. I am the Treatment Coordinator and Community Outreach Manager/ RDA at Sea Glass Orthodontics. I grew up in Santa Barbara, CA and moved to Santa Cruz after graduating from Cal Poly SLO in 2010. I fell in love with the scenery and colorful community of Santa Cruz and knew I had to call this place home. I cannot wait to get to know everyone who comes through Sea Glass’s doors. When I’m not working in orthodontics, you may also find me at local artisan events as a live painter/watercolor artist. I also like to spend my free time with my husband and son going on walks along the harbor and Sky Park in Scotts Valley. I recently took up taekwondo and also really enjoy kickboxing. I look forward to seeing all your smiling faces and welcome you all to this great practice!

Financial Coordinator
Carina is the team’s Financial Coordinator. She has over two decades of experience with sales, management, and entrepreneurial experience in her years of working. Her deeply dedicated ethic and fun spirit help make a great day better! When she is not at Sea Glass, she is making jewelry and art or in nature appreciating it’s beautiful inspiration to her creations. She also loves spending quality time with her fiance, friends and her pets, at home, hiking, camping or at the beach.

Records Technician
Hi! My name is Dina, and I am the records technician at Sea Glass Orthodontics. I look forward to meeting all of you as you come in to your appointments. I will be assisting you to get all of your new patient scans and photos done. I enjoy getting to meet all of you and this beautiful town as a whole. At Sea Glass, you will be greeted and treated with kindness and respect. In my free time I enjoy spending time at the beach with my kids and grandkids, and finding great restaurants to enjoy a great meal, especially in the Santa Cruz area. I can’t wait to meet you and your families as you come in to meet us!
